About Us

Mercy Land organization for Sustainable Development (MLO) is active with its humanitarian and development actions in Central Iraq since 2015.  MLO envisions a dignified society where masses are empowered and have improved economic prospects.

MLOs’ Mission: To alleviate poverty by facilitating vulnerable segments of the society through recognition and dissemination of their human rights and creating an environment where diversity is a source of commemoration & appreciation and not discrimination and oppression.

Objectives:

  • Alleviate poverty by undertaking projects in the different thematic areas like Protection, Education, Livelihood, Health, Human Rights, Disaster Risk Reduction/Management, Orphan care.
  • To provide relief, early recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction services to affectees of disasters and conflicts.
  • To undertake promotional and educational campaigns related to human development in all walks of life and build the organizational capacity as well.
  • To coordinate & partnership with the organizations of same objectives.
