Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accessories Sales Specialist to lead our accessories sales team and drive growth in the accessories department. As a pivotal member of our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accessories sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the competitive automotive accessories market.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of accessories sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Product Knowledge and Marketing:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to effectively promote car accessories.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the parts department, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the warehouse to manage inventory levels and optimize product assortment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialistor similar role in parts or automotive accessories industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
