Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accessories Sales Specialist to lead our accessories sales team and drive growth in the accessories department. As a pivotal member of our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accessories sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the competitive automotive accessories market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of accessories sales professionals.
    • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Customer Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and distributors.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  4. Product Knowledge and Marketing:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ activities.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to effectively promote car accessories.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with the parts department, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the warehouse to manage inventory levels and optimize product assortment.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialistor similar role in parts or automotive accessories industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
