Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Lezzoo Office, Erbil
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term
Working days/Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (8+1One hour lunch break) & 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all clients account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate higher commission rates with the merchant.
- Encourage the merchant to subsidize discount costs where applicable.
- Regularly review market rates by vertical and margins, and adjust commissions accordingly.
- Online and onsite Presentation and convert accounts to participate in existing, new, and future promotional offers.
- Offer advertising spots and other marketing activities to the merchant.
- Sell other services, products, and features that the company will introduce in the future.
- Closely monitor Non-Commissionable Revenue (NCR) customers’ results to ensure they achieve a net zero Return on Investment (ROI).
- Analyze the merchant’s menu for accuracy, ensuring correct photos, descriptions, and pricing align with the store.
- Monitor customer reviews concerning pricing, packaging, preparation time, and overall merchant rating.
- Track the merchant’s adherence to instructions, working hours, and stock management.
- Monitor the merchant’s cancellation rate and preparation time (ETA).
- Evaluate the merchant’s growth performance, breaking it down into organic, seasonal, and paid growth.
- Monitor customer retention and performance by zone for each merchant.
- Assess merchant positioning and sorting in the app to ensure optimal visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Account Management or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
