Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of London Sky Travel Agency. This includes preparing invoices, ensuring accurate financial records, and reconciling accounts. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices for clients and suppliers.
• Verify and check invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
• Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
• Assist with payroll and ensure accurate processing of payments.
• Maintain and update financial data in the company’s accounting software.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations.
