Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Audit and Compliance:
  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial procedures and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Budget Management:
  • Assist in the development and management of budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights.
• Account Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Auditor.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
