Role Purpose
An accounts payable Executive is generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. A number of related tasks are included in this function.

Main accountabilities include:
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Filing and maintaining supplier records.
- Keeping track of all expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Liaising with other departments concerning stock management.
- Perform monthly inventory and periodic fixed assets inventory.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.

Carry out all activities of the role and processing activities (as above) as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures, and training to ensure the success of the operation including the following:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Excellent English communication.
