Main Responsibilities

  • Creating Purchasing Request (PR) for their associated service companies (Transportation, Travel Agency, Catering, Cleaning, Maintenance and etc.) controlling required documents and ensuring payment of invoice and etc.
  • Providing administrative support to meet the demand for required equipment, technique, goods, and materials of the company departments
  • Controlling Company Car fuel, Km, registration and all documents related to fleet.
  • Arranging monthly free products distribution among the employees.


  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Engineering.
  • 0-2 years minimum experience
  • English language are required
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Communication skills and stress management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel & Power Point
