Job Overview

Admin officer – SG Erbil:

The Administration Officer oversees all administrative activities, including safety, building maintenance, communication, transportation, hospitality, and logistics. They ensure the proper application of administrative strategy, manage transportation arrangements, oversee daily activities, maintain workflow efficiency, liaise with external parties, manage inventory, coordinate drivers, and assist in event organization.

Location: Erbil 40 m Ring Road – Gulan Street

Requirements:

BSc. degree in business admin or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages are a must. Adaptability to Change, Result Orientation, Professional Passion, Planning and Follow Through, Networking and problem-solving Skills.  Familiarity with using Computer Especially  MS Office Programs, Iraqis only can apply.
