Job Overview

     Responsibilities of the Job: 

  • Controlling and recording official communication reference numbers  
  • Translation of Official Communications and documentation as per business need. 

        FLIGHT & HOTEL BOOKING 

  • Booking flights and hotels for employees going on business trips [Domestic and Overseas] and follow up on both.  
  • Obtaining visa for those countries require entry visa.  
  • Supporting accounting for credit note entry and confirmation.  

 

      HEALTH & SAFETY  

  • Conducting Safety patrol at TIQ offices  
  • Preparing or receiving accident reports including countermeasures after accidents  
  • Safety awareness communication.  

 

      DOCUMENTATION  

  • Filling all admin related documents. 
  • Filling all business entertainment approved and completed applications.  
  • Review of reimbursement documents for meeting the required approvals and evidence.  
  • Ordering and Organizing Printable including BCs and IDs. 
  • Prepare Company Mobiles and Sim card.  
  • Coordination and support for fixing broken or malfunctioning mobile.  

Qualifications  

  • Previous experience in administrative jobs.  
  • Problem Solving previous practices.  
  • Documentation and Organizing Documents.  
  • Written communication in Kurdish and Arabic and English. – Observing & Controlling Internal Process.  
  • Support availability during Weekends and Holidays. 

 Requirements 

  • Languages required: Fluent Kurdish and Fluent Arabic and fluent English. 
  • Education required: University Degree / College Degree
