Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Document Controller
Job Location: Iraq – Baghdad.
Job Type: On-site.
Duration: 2-3 years
Education & Work Experience:
- Strong IT skills in MS office including excel and word.
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to multitask
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Languages: Verbal and written communication in English & Arabic is Required. Turkish is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents, create templates, Manage requests for documentation
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
