We are looking for a qualified candidate who fits this role, must have a thorough knowledge of managing, the ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.


  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • prepare the documentation required for main proposal package to fulfill the requirements of the clients.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Make presentations and generate daily reports.
  • Provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business.

  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Degree in Business administrating or relevant field
