The administrator (Lawyer) is responsible for carrying out duties in a legal setting under the guidance of attorneys, including giving legal advice, researching information for court cases, supporting the Legal Advisors or consultants (senior management), and supervising the visa & and lqama department if required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law. Minimum 4 years of experience. Arabic, Kurdish & and English, spoken and written. He must have proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages. sufficient experience in using MS Office Programs. excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities. Iraqis only can apply for this role. oversees legal affairs, drafts contracts advises management, ensures compliance, manages licenses, and liaises with government departments, ensuring seamless legal operations for Sardar Group.
