Position Title*: Archiving and Warehouse Support Intern (4 positions)

Duty Station*: Iraq CO-Erbil

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Arrange and categories all the archives files by department, year and FOs.
• Labelling all the files on the plastic boxes as per the direction of the supervisor.
• Re-arrange the box files in the warehouse in a way that can easily accessed, with clear labelling for lanes and locations.
• Scan all the required box files.
• Any other duties related to warehouse arrangements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh college graduate or a junior level experience
• Ability to work simultaneously with multiple tasks, willingness and ability to work efficiently.
• with a wide diverse group of people
• Understanding of written and spoken English is preferred.
• Computer literate (word, excel, power point).
• Commitment to Save the Children’s vision and mission and to improving the lives of children in Iraq).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

College Graduate or Fresh graduate or a junior level experience.
