Main Responsibilities :
Working and communicating sales targets
Monitoring sales across stores
Detecting, investigating, and relieving differences in sales across stores
Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
Ensuring that employees abide by the company rules.
Collaborating with other Country Manager to ensure that operations are delivered as per guide lines
Traveling to stores to conduct duties on-site i.e. store check.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on the business per agent, per area
Sales Supervisors performance appraisals and KPIs
· Creating business plans and monitoring sales
· Evaluating operations and developing strategies.
· Training Sales reps and Supervisors in effective sale
Required Qualification :
Minimum 3 year of Experience in Telecommunication Field , Sales
Has good knowledge in English , Microsoft Office
