Area Sales Manager ( Kut )
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
The expected output of the key tasks and responsibilities mentioned above:
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Forecast Sales Goals Based on Analytics
• Prospecting Power
• Relationship Selling
• Making Persuasive Presentations
• Overcoming Objections
• Closing the Sale
• Getting Re-sales and Referrals
• Change recommendation on departmental policies and procedures
• Inputs on staff improvement given
• Ability to Coach, Mentor and Motivate Salespeople
• Safety, health and environment policies and procedure complied to
• Inputs into incident investigations given
• Changes within Arkan Al Dar impacting relevant policies are reported
• Clear directions given, tasks prioritized and responsibilities delegated
• 10 to 15 years out of them 5 years’ experience in a senior position
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in technical sales
• Previous industry experience
