Job Overview


Job Summary:


This position is responsible for tracking and maintaining company’s assets. Improve systems for gathering information about assets in order to ensure they are adequately recorded and secured. Progressively identify asset condition and to develop proactive renewal and maintenance programs.

Job Duties:

  • Running and analysing inventories of all assets.
  • Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies.
  • Ensuring assets records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitoring materials, tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a register of portable and attractive items.
  • Co-ordinate asset condition inspections and assessments, asset valuations and assist in developing asset renewal and maintenance programs.
  • Provide advice on asset utilisation and feasibility.
  • Assist in the development, integration and maintenance of asset management systems.
  • Provide responsible and professional advice to Management on the administration and management of assets.
  • Provide ongoing information on asset sustainability, asset consumption and asset renewal funding ratios and make recommendations on appropriate measures to improve these ratios.
  • Maintain asset renewal forecasts to support long term financial planning.
  • Install furniture based on layouts and label it with a specific barcode.
  • Create a new system to determine the layout and install the barcode labels.
  • Annual inventory for all sites’ materials.
  • Annual reports on materials, tools and equipment movements tracking from and to the warehouse.

Conduct regular sites visits to track assets and survey buildings furniture.


  • 1 years of experience.
  • Fair Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • Fair Command in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
