Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Support:
• Assist in training, and mentoring sales team members.
• Provide support, guidance, and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales team activities and ensure adherence to Dealership processes and policies
2. Sales Performance:
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze sales leads / enquiries & ensure close follow up by sales staff for conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement strategies to achieve goals.
3. Customer Relations:
• Ensure high customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
5. Marketing and Promotions:
• Innovate Vehicle display & Lifestyle products in the showroom & maintain high standards.
• Work with the marketing team to attract customers through events, digital outreach, and other initiatives.
6. Administrative Duties:
• Oversee completion of sales documentation and ensure compliance with Dealership policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in retail sales and team management.
Skills: Proficiency in sales processes, inquiry management, communication skills, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a car dealership in Iraq or GCC countries.
