Job Title: Technical Support Manager.

Location: Baghdad
Main Duties:
– Following all the instructions which given by Service Director.
– Achieves personal production targets while maintaining the required repair quality standards.
– Gives all required training for both HA , TV , HE technicians.
– Achieves KPIs given to you and for all technicians.
– Closing for all pending jobs within maximum 2 ~ 3 days only.
– Follow up all customers complains with concern people.
– Responsible about all technicians and QC PIC and B2B technician’s department.
– Maintain high quality of repair to assure professionality of repair.
– Prepare all needed testing report on time by professional testing method.
– Focusing on QC to assure high level of quality of repair.
– Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree, in related area and/or equivalent experience or training.
– At least 3 Years’ Experience in electrical devices maintenance.
– Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
– Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint in a professional way.
– Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
