Job Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Ensure that automation processes are performed according to automation instructions.
1.2. Ensure that feeding is performed in accordance with bulk raw material feeding instructions.
1.3. Keep records regarding raw material usage in the process in accordance with production records instructions.
1.4. Ensure that feeding is performed in accordance with chemical additive feeding instructions.
1.5. Report any malfunctions occurring in the facility to the Production and Maintenance Foreman.
1.6. Report production records on Daily Gray Line, Technical Line, Colored Fuga Line, Special Line 1 and Special Line 2 lines to the Production and Maintenance Manager.
1.7. When necessary, act as proxy for the Electrical Maintenance Personnel and Production and Maintenance Foreman.
1.8. Ensure that chemical and raw material dosing is correct, check dosing measurements and report to the Production and Maintenance Foreman.
1.9. Order bulk raw materials needed for production. To notify the Production and Maintenance Foreman of the delays in the orders in advance.
1.10. To inform the Production Maintenance Manager about the actions to be taken to improve the Total Equipment Efficiency (OEE) performance criteria.
1.11. When necessary, to distribute tasks to the shift personnel with the knowledge of the Production Maintenance Foreman.
1.12. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Education; HIGH SCHOOL or DIPLOMA
Experience: 1 year
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Proficient in MS Office Program
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Electrical Knowledge
