Overview:

Auto Iraq is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles. The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify problems accurately.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues to prevent future breakdowns.
• Replace or repair faulty parts, such as engines, transmissions, and steering systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical information to clients in an understandable manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical school degree preferred.
• experience as an Automotive Technician 3-5 years, preferably in a workshop setting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and repair equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
