Job Overview
We are looking for a B2B Sales and Account Executive to join our team in Duhok city.
Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential suppliers, introduce them to our platform, and onboard them for optimum utilization of our SaaS product.
- Conduct a thorough investigation into the businesses that are most likely to benefit from our products and services, the demographics of the target prospects and the best ways to reach them. Must detect the key decision-maker in an organization and connect with them directly.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure suppliers are well-versed with the platform’s features and benefits.
- Regularly gather feedback from suppliers to enhance our platform and services. Act upon this feedback to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
- Ensure that product quality from suppliers is maintained and work towards reducing return orders. Ensure restaurants and markets are satisfied with the pricing, quality of products, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed targets based on the acquisition of suppliers and increasing orders from restaurants and markets.
- Conduct regular research on the food supply market, including visiting markets, understanding distribution networks, and staying updated on export and import trends.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent command of Kurdish, Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
