Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:
1.     Supplier Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Identify potential new suppliers and onboard them onto the Lokal platform.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products/services.
  • Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) generation.
  • Regularly review supplier pricing to ensure competitiveness.
2.     B2B Sales:
  • Actively prospect and engage potential B2B clients, including Restaurants, Hotels, Schools, etc.
  • Present Lokal’s B2B SaaS platform to potential clients, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
3.     Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features or services to existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and problem-solving.
4.     Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and market insights for management review.
5.     Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to B2B clients on how to use the Lokal platform effectively.
  • Offer ongoing assistance and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by clients.
6.     Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, supplier relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or supplier management.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Past FMCG experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Kurdish (both written and spoken).
  • Resident in Erbil with a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
