Job Purpose:

Manage Qi card project, by receiving packages from the provider, distribute them to drivers, in order to be delivered during the required delivery time.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Receive Qi cards packages from Baghdad.
• Divide packages into groups per city and area.
• Send cards to cities and receive returned ones.
• Create drivers lists on related systems.
• Deliver each group to the assigned driver and make sure that it is uploaded on related systems.
• Receive returned cards from drivers and double check if it is confirmed.
• Make sure that data on systems are up to date.
• Save received photos.
• Follow up missed photos, pending and delayed cards.
• Other logistic tasks assigned by the Qi Card Coordinator.

 Experience: 1-2 years of work experience

Education requirements: High School or Diploma

Languages:  English: Intermediate Arabic: Advanced Kurdish: Intermediate

  • The Employer reserves the right to assign the Employee tasks within their specialization. In urgent situations, the Employee may be required to work overtime, including on public or other holidays, depending on the circumstances.
  • The Employee is expected to maintain punctual attendance during office hours and on scheduled field trips, where applicable.
  • Tasks must be delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • The Employee assumes responsibility for all entrusted materials or cash and is liable for any damage or loss caused by negligence.
