Body Paint Instructor

      Responsibilities:

• Plan Training approach for our dealer network.
• Make sure we comply to TMC standard for certification rate and manpower skills and repair method.
• Provide Body & Paint Training to Dealer Network technicians (Haykal and Auto Experience) and Government and fleet customers.
• Support Dealer operations for any difficulties (ex. Color Matching, Frame alignment) if requested.
• Monitor Dealer Network BP operation (Erbil, Basra, Baghdad & Suly)
• Ordering of necessary materials and equipment required to conduct training.
• Preparing all materials necessary for training.
• Design and develop a BP training curriculum based on customer needs.
• Assesses customer complaints and creates Technical Reports.
• Provide BP training for TIQ technicians.
• Support PDI process related to Body and paint.
• Support the PDI Estimation process.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Taking care future BP training center operation, maintenance and equipment inventory.

      Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a similar role, and good knowledge of automotive body repair.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. And has good moral values.
• Excellent English communication skills and Arabic speaking has advantages.
