Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate periodic reports for senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates and staff.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure an exceptional luxury shopping experience for clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with VIP clients to promote loyalty.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and replenishments.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and optimize operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including visual merchandising standards.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold and promote the Zoughaib & Co brand image and values.
  • Represent the gallery at events, exhibitions, and in interactions with partners.

Reporting:

  • Provide updates on sales, staff performance, and operational challenges to senior management.
  • Analyze data and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Jewelry or high-end retail experience is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
