BTL Campaign Specialist

Job Overview

Summary

  • Implementation of all BTL campaigns to achieve the target revenue.
  • Reducing churn by proactive and reactive strategies to achieve the target churn KPI set by the management.
  • Design and implement loyalty and retention programs for all segments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Implementation of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy and its execution for Prepaid & Postpaid segments.
  • Reporting of all the Campaign performance.
  • Pre/Post analysis of all campaigns.
  • UAT testing for all the campaign.

  • Ability to understand and execute the measurement of results and act appropriately to improve efforts.
  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
  • Strong analytical, proven record on exceeding KPIs on key roles & projects in areas of consumer voice & data, VAS services, churn, loyalty and retention.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong Analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education

Bachelor or Master in Business or in a relevant field
