- Implementation of all BTL campaigns to achieve the target revenue.
- Reducing churn by proactive and reactive strategies to achieve the target churn KPI set by the management.
- Design and implement loyalty and retention programs for all segments.
- Responsible for Implementation of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy and its execution for Prepaid & Postpaid segments.
- Reporting of all the Campaign performance.
- Pre/Post analysis of all campaigns.
- UAT testing for all the campaign.
- Ability to understand and execute the measurement of results and act appropriately to improve efforts.
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
- Strong analytical, proven record on exceeding KPIs on key roles & projects in areas of consumer voice & data, VAS services, churn, loyalty and retention.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong Analytical & problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor or Master in Business or in a relevant field
