Job Overview:

Business Analyst will be a vital link between the business stakeholders and the technical team. Business Analyst should have strong organizational and planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.

The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring that the final software product aligns with business objectives. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows.
  • Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Document process changes and facilitate their implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Communicate requirements and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
  • Ensure solutions are tested and validated against business requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and changes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
