Job Overview


Duties and responsibilities:

1- Market Analyzing:
– Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
– Generating new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling.

2- Business & Sales Strategy Developing and planning:
– Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop the group’s overall business and sales strategies to achieve business & sales goals and targets.
– Evaluating the financial viability and risks associated with new ventures.
– Contributing to the development of the group’s long-term strategic plan.
– Providing insights and recommendations for adapting strategies based on market changes.

3- Proposal Developing:
– Preparing and presenting business proposals, including financial models and forecasts.
– Negotiating and finalizing business agreements, contracts, and alliances.
– Working with legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize business agreements.

4- Risk Management:
– Evaluating potential risks and challenges associated with business opportunities.
– Developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

5- Reporting and Analyzing:
– Tracking and reporting on sales activities, leads, and deals in progress.
– Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6- Partnership and Relationship Management:
– Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

7- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
– Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
– Closing deals and achieve revenue targets.

8- Performance Monitoring:
– Developing and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
– Regularly assessing and reporting on the performance of existing business ventures.

9- Performing any other related duties as assigned by CEO.

Required qualifications and skills:

– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP)certifications is a plus.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field is required.
– ⁠Arabic, English languages are required and Turkish language is a plus.
– Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related role.
– Experience working with diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to travel as needed.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with budgeting and financial management is also valued.

Working Condition & Benefits:

– Working days & hours: 6 Days /Week. 8 Hours / Day.
– ⁠Salary: IQD 3,000,000 to IQD 4,000,000 based on experience level.
– ⁠Lunch: Available.
– Transportation: Available for business purposes.
