Main Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain good relationship with existing clients and build a strong relationship with new clients.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for Follow up of enquires, estimations and Bid & proposals.
• Responsible to Lead pre-construction activities of new perspective projects
• Regular reporting to the management.
• Review project / market updates with the superiors.
• Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications; maintaining personal .
• Networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Collaborate with company’s management and corporate group to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development plans.
• Develop plans and strategies for meeting business goals.

• Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Performance Management, Giving Feedback, Project Management, Foster Teamwork
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. & excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
