PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE

Business Development Manager is responsible for developing the automotive business in the group company. The role must identify rising business opportunities and build long-term strategy and relationships with prospects manufacturers.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES              

  • Engages with new and existing manufacturers to develop our business in the automotive field.
  • Develop automotive strategy in multiple countries
  • Generation of independent business proposals to manufacturers
  • Produce comprehensive business feasibility studies and business plans and full 360 business presentations (pitches) to potential new industrial partners on global scale

 

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Ability to create strategic documents with full 360 market and business analysis
  • Create board level business presentations for potential investments
  • Comfortable of building $ 100+ mil business proposals
  • Creating full P&L business plans including cash flow and capital requirement for 10 years
  • Creative & Analytical skills

  • Business Intelligence
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry in both whole sales as well as retail sector
  • Fully conversant in English oral and written on international negotiation standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area
  • Minimum of five years of proven business development experience in automotive business or a related area
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environment
