Business Development Manager(maintenance-Energy)
PURPOSE:
Responsible for implementing corporate business development strategy and generating revenue and constant growth, while enhancing its brand by offering value to customers and other stakeholders.
Explore, plan, and implement current and new market initiatives, and opportunities; including the development of a network of contacts with clients, and associates to cultivate relations that yield viable opportunities and sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Formulate business development strategy
▪ Identify maintenance opportunities in Oil & gas, Power industry in UAE and Oman
▪ Map and maintain awareness with latest industry developments, market trends.
▪ Identifying opportunities and sales leads for boosting revenues and business growth.
▪ Developing and nurturing relationships and registrations with current and potential clients.
▪ Developing, updating and conducting corporate presentations and marketing material.
▪ Assessing client needs and creating connections to provide solutions and services by the company.
▪ Identify potential projects and business partners and associates.
▪ Preparing regular status reports on goals, progress updates, and achievement.
▪ Attending conferences, workshops meetings, and industry events.
▪ Monitor market competition landscape and trends
▪ Communicating and collaborate regularly with company business units
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in similar maintenance contracts with Oil & gas, power industry.
- Prior experience in similar industry in UAE and Oman is preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, projects development and related fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Business intelligence and analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
- Proactive with ability to thrive with minimal guidance, and manage a changing environment
- Proficient in latest technology including CRM, MS, and other collaborative tools
- Markets data analysis and reporting
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledgeable in the Energy market business and projects
