- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with products and services information.
- Manage large amounts of inbound.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
