Responsibilities
• Answering customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Tact of speech and speaking in methods of a distinctive professional nature
• Team spirit and constant cooperation among employees to maintain a healthy work environment
• Preference will be given to recent graduates or those who have previously worked in this field.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Kurdish, English and Arabic.
• Full-time, rotational Shifts
• Familiar with customer care and customer support
• Strong communication skills
