REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
A first level of university degree in a relevant field.

Min. years of relevant Work experience
A minimum of one year of relevant working experience in a call centre or other related field handling customer enquiries is required

Required skills
Customer care and communication skills, a clear and friendly attitude, and the ability to follow instructions. Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and multi-task professionally.
Required Language(s)
Oral and written working knowledge of English, Arabic, and Kurdish (Sorani and/or Badini).
