Job Overview


  • Oversee and coordinate restaurant operations during shifts.
  • Supervise and support waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to waitstaff and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Monitor dining room activity and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with training and development of waitstaff, including product knowledge and service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; good experience in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Preferably speaking Kurdish, and Arabic.
  • Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a captain or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • Must adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
