Job Overview

Position Title:  Channel Sales Manager

Company: Najmat Alsalam is a registered free trade company HQ in Erbil, with operations extending across Iraq as the national distributor leading brands like Infinix, Oscal, and Itel.

Location: Erbil with frequent visits to all Iraq areas

Nationality: Iraqi

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors in Iraq.
• Setting sales targets, monitoring market trends, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local Iraqi market to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives in the region.
• Develop and manage channel partners such as distributors, retailers, and operators in Iraq.
• Establish and maintain a good partnership with the trading team in the market.
• Analyze the trends in the Iraqi mobile phone market and competitor dynamics, and develop corresponding market strategies.
• Lead and manage the sales team to improve team sales performance and efficiency.
• Responsible for sales forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting in the Iraqi

Qualifications:

• Over 4 years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with at least 2 years of channel sales experience in the Iraqi market.
• Having experience in operating mobile phone manufacturers in the Iraq market is preferred, and having abundant channel resources.
• Familiar with the Iraqi mobile phone market landscape, channel structure, and consumer demand.
• Having excellent business negotiation skills, communication skills, and team leadership abilities.
• Having good market analysis skills and strategic thinking, able to develop effective market strategies.
• Having a strong sense of responsibility and resilience, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Must be Iraqi
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required, good verbal command of Kurdish and English.
• Ability to provide Clearance Letter from last employer.
