Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Channel Development Representative to manage and expand our distributor network within the designated region. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with current and potential distributors, providing ongoing training and support, and leveraging market insights to optimize our distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Build and manage relationships with distributors, fostering loyalty and enhancing cooperation.
– Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to expand our market reach.
– Provide continuous training and support to distributors, enhancing their capabilities and performance.
– Monitor distributor performance, analyzing sales data and market trends to identify improvement areas.
– Prepare and present detailed market reports and performance analysis to management.
– Stay abreast of market developments and competitors’ activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telecommunications or network operations, with a proven sales track record.
– Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis and report presentation.
– Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
– Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish and proficient in English.
