Chemical Factory Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee operations at a chemical manufacturing facility in Karbala. The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration, with at least 10 years of experience in factory management. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage teams and processes to ensure efficient and safe production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Supervise and motivate teams to maintain high levels of performance and morale.
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and ensure optimal inventory management.
• Monitor factory performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to align factory operations with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preference given to candidates with a Chemical Engineering background.)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in factory management, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and operational management.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
