Job Overview


Carry out all work activities in a safe manner

Follow all Company procedures and controls.

Promptly report all accidents and near misses.

Report all defects and events which may affect HSEQ control

Respond correctly in Emergency situations

Actively support and co-operate in HSEQ matters.

Make pre-job meeting (toolbox) on daily basis prior to starting operation and discuss lesson learn from incidents/accidents

Ensure environment protection on working location on daily basis after each job.

Ensure hazards identified and eliminated by carrying pre-job inspection and follow company risk assessment procedure

Ensure all equipment is tested, certified, and monitor monthly.

Maintain a high level of housekeeping of all work sites assigned to you including clients’ sites.

Make sure all crew staff is wearing PPE while on duty

Ensure drivers working with your crew are wearing safety belts including yourself.

Ensure drivers have completed ADSD course and driving within the speed limit

On weekly basis, during toolbox meeting refresh all employees on using Breathing Apparatus sets

Ensure proper communication between crew while carrying daily job

Ensure using of correct type and size of running, pulling tools for all types of downhole tools.

Follow up SOP procedure of running, pulling mechanical and electronic gauges including proper handling.

Ensure all company equipment assigned to you is in excellent condition.

Ensure that all PCE certificates are valid and available at the site.

Checking of all equipment prior to the daily operations.

Follow up unit maintenance schedule as per plan.

Carry out an inventory of equipment assigned to you on arrival and when going on leave and make sure all are inspected and certified.

Maintain proper record of the Wireline in order to avoid breakage.

Ensure all equip vehicles, equipment maintained and certified as per MSE & client maintenance system and plan.

Ensure QA/QC procedures implemented in our operations on daily basis.

Ensure that all Wireline operations carried as per our Quality standard operations procedure.

Ensure all documents used are as per the quality procedure.

Improve knowledge of Wireline techniques and equipment covering Otis, Baker, and Camco tools.

Train all employees on any new equipment required by the client.

Motivate personnel working under your supervision to achieved planned objectives.

Constantly training, guiding, and monitoring Wireline helpers associated with you on-site concerning the type of work carried on.

Ensure those helpers are fully aware of the operations required daily.

Supervise and monitor green hand staff.

Adhere to the designated work leave cycle, which is subject to change by the company to meet operational requirements.

Report Non-conformance of any failure as soon occurred and ensures corrective action taken.

Daily service report to be written clearly in full information about the daily job.

Follow up job order.

Ensure yourself and the crew assigned to you complies with the client and company’s Road Safety procedure daily.

Maintain good customer and staff relationship on a daily basis

Coordinate daily with clients and communicate with all crew discussing the job required daily.

See performance feedback from client’s monthly for improvement.
