Churn Analysis & Detection Specialist

Job Overview


Enrich churn predictions with conversational data from various customer service touchpoints to analyze and prevent churn, use prescriptive analytics which include the next best action and next best offer analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track leading indicators of renewal risk cancellation, upsell, reduction, churn, and analyze for insights.
  • Participate in design and development of reports and dashboards for executive leadership and Board of Directors consumption.
  • Analyze and produce slides for quarterly updates on KPIs.
  • Detect early signals of at-risk renewals through data analytics in order to help enable renewal teams to address risk early in the renewal cycle.
  • Conduct analysis and build dashboards to measure effectiveness of the risk identification process.
  • Use analytics and feedback from other stakeholders to identify gaps and areas of strength.
  • Work alongside the Managers to understand their processes, applying creative solutions and recommendations to optimize processes and data collection.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple operations teams to plan and coordinate organization-wide strategy and objectives.
  • Ability to understand and execute the measurement of results and act appropriately to improve efforts.
  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Experience in customer value management, base management, revenue development and loyalty in an e-commerce, telecom or banking industry.

Number Of Positions
2-5 years of work experience in relevant field.
Bachelor in Computer Science / Engineering or Accounting.
