Civil Engineer- Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced “Civil-Site Engineer” to join our team and manage the entire project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, tracking contractors and subcontractors, and providing clear directions to all team members. The role also involves engaging with management, managing supplies and assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
• Control and supervise site operations, including managing contractors, subcontractors, and all employees.
• Engage and collaborate with management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and manage company assets and supply efficiently.
• Provide direction and problem-solving support on-site as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Must own a car (required for site travel).
• Fluency in Arabic (essential), proficiency in English for reports and emails, and knowledge of Kurdish is a plus.
• Experience with Surveying is an advantage and will strengthen the application.
• Advanced MS Office, AutoCAD, Etabs, and Safe Program.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in potentially challenging environments.
• Advanced knowledge in analyzing construction design structure, and application in project execution.
