Job Overview

Description

This position will be responsible to provide the necessary support to the field commercial and sales team. Become the point of reference for colleagues and customers by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

 

  • Coordinate commercial and sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages.
  • Handle system commercial orders and collect the regular reports from the other teams.
  • Liaise and follow-up with Earthlink related departments to dispatch orders properly.
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly on growth status.
  • Coordinate with HR, It and finance departments for any cases related to the new employees in the commercial department.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handling and checking the feasibility study for every new possible offer including correcting prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain organized commercial records and report month-end goal setting to upper management.

Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Years of Experience : (0-1) Years of Experience in FTTH Solutions is preferred.
