Position Overview: 

We are looking for a versatile professional with a firm experience in marketing and communication. This role demands an individual who can adeptly navigate various tasks, including negotiations, client interactions, marketing initiatives, data research. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in these areas, along with a proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Integrated Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies that encompass various communication channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  1. Client Interactions: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to address their needs effectively and maintain positive attitude. 
  1. Data Research: Conduct thorough research to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and consumer trends, informing strategic decision-making across marketing initiatives. 
  1. Call Center: Engage in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements for marketing services, materials, or collaborations. 
  1. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communication, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization. 

Core Qualifications: 

The following are crucial considerations when evaluating an applicant’s candidacy, each of which is significant to qualify you for the position. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on integrated communication strategies, including negotiation and relationship management. 
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a similar industry. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. 
  • Strong project management abilities with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize communication strategies and campaign performance. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external partners.
