The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing social media communities and partnerships. We want people who show up and roll up their sleeves, ready to make a difference. Job Responsibilities:

  • Social outreach to potential customers, brand advocates, content producers, etc.
  • Creating and developing content partnership plans for the company,
  • Researching, finding, negotiating, and creating long-lasting relationships with bloggers, vloggers, and content producers for brand promotion,
  • Regularly participating in FB travel groups and other online communities and forums to increase our social media outreach (commenting, posting, etc.),
  • Resharing our social media content in FB groups and other channels,
  • Creating and executing brand advocacy plans to engage with our audience on social media channels,
  • Developing influencer marketing campaigns and briefs, and collaborating with influencers until achieving final results,
  • Creating and managing a brand-specific community and growing it,
  • Engaging and responding to our social media audience in a timely effective manner,
  • Collaborating in executing social media and marketing campaigns,
  • Creating and hosting sessions and events to strengthen our relationship with our content partners, influencers, and audience.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Facebook marketing, influencer marketing, or community management. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a never-ending passion to talk to people and understand different customer persona and engage with them,
  • Superb research skills and opportunity-hunting mindset,
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, community marketing, and marketing fundamentals,
  • An impeccable command of Arabic & English languages,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage conversations with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company,

A positive approach to problem-solving and dealing with ambiguity.
