Job Summary:

Construction Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and leading project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication will be essential in delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the construction team, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure effective teamwork.

Construction Execution:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Review and approve project changes and modifications while maintaining project objectives.

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets established standards.
  • Conduct inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with regulations.
  • Address any non-conformance issues and work towards continuous improvement.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, outlining project costs and variances.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and maintain positive client relationships.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to minimize accidents and promote a safe work environment.

Project Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit required project reports to management and regulatory authorities.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Master Degree or PMP is an advantage;
  • Minimum 15 Years of Experience in Civil Engineer Position or field (Including minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial roles or positions);
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • A team player with leadership abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Proficient in project management software and tools;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.


Working Condition and Benefit Package:

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
  • Salary:2500 USD- 3500 USD per month, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
  • Annual Leave: 20 Working Days per Year;
  • Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
  • Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
