  • Prioritizing regular meetings with collaborators to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of site-related work packages, ensuring they align with the defined scope, schedule, and budget, and providing regular updates to the Project Director on project status.
  • The position demands strict adherence to local, national, and international regulations during high-voltage substation construction activities, along with conducting regular audits to verify compliance.
  • Proactively identifying potential risks associated with construction activities and developing robust mitigation strategies are crucial tasks to safeguard project timelines and costs.
  • Promoting a culture of safety on construction sites is crucial, which involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols and conducting training sessions for team members.
  • The role also emphasizes continuous improvement by evaluating project processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of learning and adaptation within the project team.

What you’ll Bring

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in high-voltage substation or similar infrastructure projects, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple work packages effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with local, national, and international construction regulations and standards, with a track record of ensuring compliance in previous roles.
  • Background in promoting safety culture on construction sites, including experience in conducting safety training and monitoring compliance with safety protocols.
