Role Purpose
Zain Iraq Is Actively recruiting to hire Consumer Marketing Segment Experienced Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to develop and optimize segment-specific marketing strategies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and assess marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the telecom sector
What We Need From You
- Conduct detailed market research and customer segmentation analysis to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and trends to develop insights for improving product offerings and customer experience.
- Assist in the development and execution of consumer segment marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue and subscriber growth.
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine existing telecom services and launch new offerings based on consumer needs.
- Support the creation of customer value propositions for different market segments.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscriber growth, revenue generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess ROI and optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights for senior management decision-making.
- Work closely with sales, customer experience, and digital teams to ensure the seamless execution of segment marketing strategies.
- Support brand and communication teams in designing effective advertising and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with data analytics and business intelligence teams to enhance customer segmentation and personalization efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement within key consumer segments.
- Analyze churn patterns and recommend initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value
- Support the rollout of targeted offers and loyalty programs.
Education, Experience and Competencies
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Or above
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, segmentation, or product management, preferably in the telecom industry.
