Position Overview: As a Social Media Specialist (Content Creator), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement. You will create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to our target audience across multiple platforms. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze social media metrics will be critical in achieving our social media objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics.
  2. Create engaging and high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  3. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting while maintaining brand voice and identity.
  4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously improve our social media presence.
  7. Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  2. Proficiency in social media management tools.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics to measure performance and inform strategy.
  5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  6. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
  7. A passion for staying knowledgeable of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry innovations.
