Job Overview

Position Overview: As a Content Creator specializing in CRM, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing content strategies that leverage our CRM platform to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, and other stakeholders to create targeted content that resonates with our audience at every stage of the customer journey. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze CRM data will be critical in developing personalized and impactful content experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the CRM platform, including email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and automated workflows.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing to identify target audience segments, personas, and customer journey stages to tailor content accordingly.
  3. Create engaging and relevant content assets such as articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos that align with CRM objectives and customer needs.
  4. Leverage CRM data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics, and use these insights to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content alignment across all channels and touchpoints, including social media, website, and digital advertising campaigns.
  6. Manage the content calendar for CRM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of content assets and campaigns in alignment with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to gather insights and input for content creation and optimization.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of CRM content initiatives, A/B test content variations, and iterate on strategies to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM and content marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.


  1. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Strategist, or similar role, with a focus on CRM content marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and tools.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to different audiences and channels.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from CRM metrics and performance data.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing innovative content strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, leveraging input and insights from various stakeholders.
  8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices is a plus.
