Corporate Sales Back Office Supervisor

Job Overview


Provide administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the corporate sales back office ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, continuous development and the smooth running of the corporate operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and processing operational data.
  • Performing basic admin duties including analyzing, reporting and presenting back office activities.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the Corporate Sales team, Front Office team, Marketing team and follow up on regional cases with concerned departments to ensure issues are solved on a timely manner.
  • Managing corporate SIMs inventory control.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Enhancing and developing corporate back office processes.
  • Monitoring Korek billing and payments in coordination with Finance and IT billing.
  • Take customer satisfaction (internal and external) as a main target and develop new methodologies, process and procedures to uplift results.
  • Ensure TCRM Enterprise data is in line with set directions and department guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly status reports that summarizes the main monthly activities.
  • Creative, curious and enthusiastic for new ideas.
  • Excellent coordination, communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong mathematical reasoning level.
  • Very good report writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & Visio)
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Number Of Positions
3-5 years of work experience in relevant field.
Bachelor in business administration or related field.
